President of Madrid Engineering Group, Inc., has 25 years experience in the fields of civil and geotechnical engineering and environmental science, with technical and managerial responsibility of 4000 plus projects, including the design and construction of the third "Green" building in Polk County, Florida. Mr. Madrid is the 2009 recipient of ASCE's Engineer of the Year award.
